HEDGEHOG is primarily a platform type of pedal, on which it is possible to fit the SPD system. The uniqueness lies in the full CNC machining, where we use a monolithic block of 7075 aircraft duralumin as the input material. Ultimately, this creates a very stiff pedal body at a low weight, where all unnecessary parts are removed by milling tools.
Another interesting feature is the milled concave with a soft grip in the middle. This element allows for even better shoe seating in the platform. The high number of pins also plays a role in this - up to 32 pieces per pedal.
The inside of the pedal is equipped with a massive center axis. This is supported by up to four bearings - two sliding (industrial) and two NSK ball bearings.
Hedgehog can really withstand a lot and is suitable for all riding styles where you use a free platform.
